Nancy L. Curtis has over eight years experience designing and managing landscapes in California.
A graduate with an AS honors degree in Environmental Horticulture and a BA honors degree in Communication & Media Arts, Nancy has worked in all facets of landscaping alongside Bay Area industry leaders in the realm of design, installation, maintenance, and sustainability.
From 2006-2009 she was the lead designer for Middlebrook Gardens specializing in the design and installation of custom California native and sustainable landscapes. The firm’s projects included small residential, large estate work, and public installations focusing on ecology-based plant material, environmentally friendly products, and water conservation.
Born and raised in San Jose, California, Nancy brings her deep appreciation for the diversity and beauty of the local environment into all of her designs. Nancy credits her father, a passionate landscaper who has embraced sustainable gardening models in California for 55 years, as her most influential “green industry” teacher.
